In that first year, I threw myself into the hustle. I won Rookie of the Year at one of the largest brokerages—while pregnant with my third child. I drove hundreds of miles a day, chasing lead after lead, because that’s what everyone said I needed to do: “Just get more leads, and the money will follow.” But despite all the hard work, I only made $50,000 in GCI.

So, I pushed even harder in my second year, determined to make it work. But again, I only made $50,000. 

Now, I had a newborn and two little ones at home, and I was missing everything. My husband had had enough—he told me he couldn’t stay in a marriage where we never saw each other. The worst part? Despite all my sacrifices, I still wasn’t making the money we needed. I was burnt out and heartbroken, wondering why I ever left my corporate job.

I realized something critical: the system was BROKEN.

In my third year, I made a vow…

...I was going to do things differently. 

I would REAL ESTATE DIFFERENTLY. 

I stopped listening to everyone else and figured out my own way…

…And that year, I made over $558,000 in GCI.

Since then, I’ve continued to refine my system, consistently earning a high six-figure income with just 20 leads a year, working 15 hours a week. Fast forward to now, I take about four months off every year to either travel the world with my four beautiful kids or simply enjoy being at home with them.
